At our store, we are committed to guaranteeing the authenticity and quality of all products offered. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the product under the following conditions:
1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
2. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
3. The product must be inside its original packaging and container with all accessories.
4. The product is inspected upon receipt before final approval for return.
5. Shipping costs, amounting to 40 Saudi Riyals, are borne by the customer.
6. The customer must deliver the shipment to the nearest office of the approved shipping company, printing the return slip sent to him and attaching it to the order.
7. The refund is only for the value of the product paid for, and is returned via the same payment method within a period that may be up to 30 days depending on the bank.
Returns are completely free in the following cases:
1. If you receive a product different from your order.
2. If the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
3. If the product specifications do not match what is stated on the website.
In these cases, we will cover all shipping and replacement costs, provided that the product is returned in its original condition and with all its packaging and container undamaged.
